Carroll Delegation’s Statement on PSEG’s Lawsuit Seeking Access to Private Property
Our Carroll County Legislative Delegation has released the following statement on PSEG’s outrageous lawsuit seeking access to private property before their application on MPRP has even been officially submitted to the Public Service Commission.
We call on Governor Wes Moore to join us in publicly supporting the rights of Maryland property owners and to direct all relevant state agencies to refrain from assisting PSEG survey efforts while this litigation is active. Further, we would urge the Public Service Commission to pause further proceedings regarding Case No. 9773 until this legal dispute is adjudicated:
