The Republican primary in Maryland starts today as early voting begins and runs through June 21st
The polls are open every day from 10a.m. through 8.p.m. If you are concerned you might not have time or be out of town on primary day, June 26th, I encourage you to vote early.
For the first time there are two early voting centers in Carroll County; the Westminster Senior Center and the South Carroll Swim Club. For more information, click here.
This is a critically important election for the future of our county and state as we lead up to November. When you go to cast your vote, I'd like to respectfully ask for your support for mine and Governor Hogan's team - the District 5 Team - myself and Susan Krebs, April Rose and Haven Shoemaker for House of Delegates.
Susan, April and Haven are endorsed by Governor Hogan, they have been strong, conservative leaders in Annapolis and our community. We are working towards a common goal of continuing to bring conservative change to Maryland and make it the best and freest place to live, work, open a business, or retire in the country.

Senator Ready 8th Annual Business Breakfast Roundtable (Hyperlink to event page)
I wanted to remind you that our 8th Annual Business Breakfast
fundraiser, taking place next week. This is a great event each year held with local business and community leaders where we get the chance to discuss legislation from this past session and what’s coming down the road. Of course we'll also be discussing the upcoming election which will be just one week away.
The breakfast will be held at Greenmount Station in Hampstead on June19th from 8 AM - 9:30 AM. Click here to purchase your ticket, sponsorship or make a contribution to help our campaign.
All proceeds from the event will go towards our campaign efforts to keep changing Maryland for the better and fighting for our conservative values locally and across the state. If you are not able to attend, but would still like to contribute to the event, you can help us by entering a donation in the “Other” box at the ticket window.
This event is packed every year, hopefully we will have another strong turnout again this year. I hope you can make it!
