Ready Report: State of the State, Ready on Radio Tomorrow & More…
First of all, I hope you and your loved ones have a great Valentine’s Day/President’s Day weekend ahead. With everything happening in our world, it’s so important for us to make time to celebrate the people we love – I know I am so thankful for my amazing bride Ruth – and my entire family.
The fifth week of the 90-day 2026 Legislative Session in Annapolis has concluded. Governor Moore delivered his yearly State of the State address before the full House and Senate on Wednesday. Senate Minority Leader Steve Hershey offered the Republican rebuttal to the Governor’s State of the State speech, which you can watch by clicking here.
Thank You for Attending District 5/Carroll County Night in Annapolis
We had a fantastic time and turnout at our District 5/District 42C “Carroll County Night” (and Mt Airy, Frederick County Night!) in Annapolis. Thank you to everyone who came braving the cold to hear from the entire Carroll County Delegation. It is an honor to serve our community and we are working as a team to make progress on bringing down energy costs, improve affordability for families, get the Blueprint revisited with mandates back under control, and hold government agencies accountable for the taxpayer funds we give them.

Ready in the Press
I was interviewed by the Baltimore Sun immediately following Governor Moore’s State of the State address. You can read that article by clicking here.
