Our District 5 Team has publicly called for our state to move to the next phase in re-opening and to have Carroll County be given the autonomy to move forward and re-open all types of businesses and make decisions about modified outdoor events like graduations. The data is clear, it's time for us to take the next step and move forward. I hope to have more on this in the coming days.
